Sculpting in snow, in many ways, is similar to sculpting in sand. The method of preparation is almost identical. The tools we use to fashion it are usually home made as an art form it is quite new. Unlike sand surface detail is nearly invisable so the form and silluete of the sculpture is what we must work with.
